Picture of a BaseballTrivia Question

To throw 9 pitches, 9 strikes, to retire the side does not happen very often in the major leagues. The feat has, to date (2016), been accomplished 81 times by 77 pitchers. Only 4 pitchers have done this twice. Only one pitcher, Sandy Koufax, has done it three times.

Only one pitcher has thrown 9 pitches and 9 strikes to retire a side once in the AL and once in the NL. Name that pitcher.
