The rest of his baseball career was with the Milwaukee Braves (1954–1958) and the Philadelphia Phillies (1959–1960). Conley was a pitcher who amassed a 91-96 record. He was a four-time all-star (1954, 1955, 1959 (first game), 1959 (second game)) and a member of the 1957 World Series Champion Milwaukee Braves.
