Only one player has won the Heisman Trophy more then once. Ohio State running back Archie Griffin won the Heisman Trophy twice, in 1974 and 1975. Griffen went on to play in the NFL for 7 years with the Cincinnati Bengals. He played in one Super Bowl, Super Bowl XVI, which Cincinnati lost to San Francisco 26-21.

On January 1, 2006, Doug Flutie drop kicked a point after touchdown in the New England Patriots regular season finale against the Miami Dolphins. Doug was the first player to accomplish the feat in over 60 years. The previous player to Flutie to dropkick through the uprights was Ray McLean of the Chicago Bears. He drop kicked a PAT in the Bears’ 37-9 win over the New York Giants in the 1941 NFL Championship Game on December 21, 1941.
